GS&A provides seasoned subject matter experts experts who have a varied background. Our SMEs range from senior diplomats , (senior) military officers, civilian experts to direct exercise support personnel and exercise controllers.

All our SMEs understand the decision-making and planning processes within the Armed Forces. They have taken part in multiple exercises and/or contributed to operations in conflict areas. Among others, our SMEs have worked for organisations such as:
